Job summary

Nordstrom, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Program Management to lead end-to-end programs across Finance, Product, and Engineering. You’ll drive AI adoption, automation initiatives, and Looker migrations while coordinating with analysts and engineers.

Hybrid role requiring in-office presence four days per week in downtown Seattle. You will build timelines, manage dependencies, and craft executive-level updates, balancing changing priorities with strategic outcomes and strong stakeholder

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent job experience is required.
• MBA, relevant master’s degree, or equivalent job experience a plus.
• 4+ years of experience in program or project management, operations, analytics, or related fields.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools, including AI agents, skills, and connectors, and knowledge of AI best practices.
• Experience with change management or adoption work.
• Strong PowerPoint and executive communication skills.
• Program management organization skills, with working experience in Confluence and Jira.
• Ability to read and interpret data in Excel and SQL.
• Financial literacy and comfort working with finance partners.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and comfort with ambiguity.
• Finance, data, or retail experience a plus.

Job Description As retail continues to evolve and challenges become increasingly complex and cross functional, Nordstrom Finance is changing its way of working and AI is a big part of that. The Data Analytics, Insights & AI team is building the capabilities, reporting, and ways of working that move Finance from reactive requests to strategic insight. You'll join the Program Management pillar and help drive that work across Finance, Product, and Engineering. This position reports to the Senior Manager, Program Management. You will own programs and workstreams end-to-end, with a focus on helping Finance teams adopt AI and automation in their everyday work. You'll build timelines, track dependencies, manage change, and keep partners aligned on what's shipping and when. This role is Hybrid and requires you to be in office 4 days per week in downtown Seattle, WA.

You Own This If You Have:

Pay Range Details

Pay ranges may be different for other locations. Pay offers are dependent on the location, as well as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. $93,500.00 - $155,000.00 Annual
