Zachary Piper Solutions in Washington, DC is seeking a Program Manager to lead scheduling, cost estimation, and execution across a classified IT environment supporting federal programs for DOE and national security. This onsite role requires disciplined delivery and tight coordination with DoD/IC teams.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of senior PM experience, PMP, TS clearance, and a proven track record managing complex schedules and contracts.

• 8+ years of senior-level program/project management experience within DoD or Intelligence Community (IC) environments (no junior candidates)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Microsoft 365, and technical IT environments
• Strong expertise in scheduling, cost estimation, risk management, and cross-functional coordination; must be concise and detail-oriented
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; PMP certification required
• Active Top Secret clearance (within 5 years) required

This position is onsite at Washington, DC. The Program Manager will lead scheduling, cost estimation, and execution across a classified IT environment, ensuring precise and efficient program delivery. • Salary Range: $180,000 - $200,000 depending on experience
