Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Program Manager to lead scheduling, cost estimation, and execution across a classified IT environment supporting federal DOE programs in the Washington, DC area. This onsite role requires adapting to a mission-critical, national security context.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in DoD or IC program management, PMP, TS clearance within 5 years, and proficiency with Microsoft Project and Microsoft 365. Salary ranges from $180,000 to $200,000 with full benefits.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of senior-level program/project management experience within DoD or IC environments.
• PMP certification required.
• Active Top Secret clearance within 5 years.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project and Microsoft 365.
• Experience in scheduling, cost estimation, risk management, and cross-functional coordination.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed integrated master schedules using Microsoft Project and M365 tools.
• Coordinate with technical teams to track progress, manage dependencies, and mitigate risks.
• Provide clear, concise updates on milestones, critical path, and delivery status to leadership.
• Prepare and manage cost estimates aligned with schedules and program scope.
• Support risk and requirements boards to ensure timely execution of contract deliverables.
