Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Program Manager to lead scheduling, cost estimation, and execution for a DOE-focused federal program in a classified IT environment. The role is onsite in Washington, DC, and requires DoD/IC experience with Top Secret clearance and PMP certification.

Responsibilities include maintaining master schedules, tracking progress with technical teams, and delivering concise leadership updates. Compensation ranges from $180,000 to $200,000 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of senior-level program/project management experience in DoD or IC environments.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; PMP certification required.
• Active Top Secret clearance (within 5 years) required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed integrated master schedules using Microsoft Project and M365 tools.
• Coordinate with technical teams to track progress, manage dependencies, and mitigate risks.
• Provide clear, concise updates on milestones, critical path, and delivery status to leadership.
• Prepare and manage cost estimates aligned with schedules and program scope.
• Support risk and requirements boards to ensure timely execution of contract deliverables.
