Job summary

Zachary Piper Solutions in Washington DC is seeking a Program Manager to lead the creation of a new internal product organization within a highly regulated aerospace and defense environment.

You will drive cross-functional collaboration across engineering, operations, manufacturing, finance, and supply chain to advance from concept to production.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience leading new product development in regulated environments.
• Experience with Agile product development, capacity planning, and program management tools.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering discipline.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance.

Compensation for the Program Manager include:

• Salary Range: $175,000- $220,000+ depending on experience
• Full Benefits Package: PTO, Paid Holidays, Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Sick leave as required by law
