Job summary

Zachary Piper Solutions seeks a DC3 Program Manager to support a federal defense organization focused on cybersecurity, IT, and mission-critical operations. This onsite role is in Linthicum Heights, MD, offering a high-visibility program with large-scale IT and cybersecurity responsibilities.

You will lead 100+ technical professionals, manage budgets and performance, coordinate with government stakeholders, and ensure delivery of mission-critical objectives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret Security Clearance with TS/SCI eligibility.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification.
• 5+ years of experience managing large, complex programs in high-tempo environments.
• 5+ years of experience leading teams of 100+ personnel.
• 5+ years of experience with workforce planning and resource management.
• 5+ years of experience monitoring program finances and contract performance.

This position is onsite in Linthicum Heights, MD. This is an incredible opportunity supporting a high-visibility national security program with a large-scale IT and cybersecurity mission.

Responsibilities for the DC3 Program Manager include:

• Lead and manage all program activities supporting IT and cybersecurity operations

Compensation

• Salary Range: $150,000 - $250,000
