Job summary

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Program Manager to help build and scale a new internal product organization within a highly regulated aerospace and defense environment. This on-site role is located in Mason, OH, and will lead cross-functional efforts to drive product development from concept through production.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years leading NPD in regulated settings, strong cross-functional leadership, and the ability to secure a Secret Clearance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience leading new product development in a regulated environment.
• Experience with Agile product development methodologies, capacity planning, and program management tools.
• Strong cross-functional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering discipline.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance.
