Job summary

Zachary Piper Solutions seeks a Program Manager to support a newly formed internal product organization within a highly regulated aerospace and defense environment. This on-site role is based in Mason, OH, and will lead cross-functional efforts to drive product development from concept through production.

You will gather stakeholder requirements, serve as product owner, oversee budgeting and capacity planning, and influence long-term product strategy in a fast-growing program.

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading new product development in a regulated environment.
• Experience with Agile product development, capacity planning, and program management tools.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering discipline.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance.

Required Qualifications for the Program Manager include:

• 7+ years of experience leading new product development in a regulated environment
• Experience with Agile product development methodologies, capacity planning, and program management tools
• Strong cross-functional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering discipline
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance

Compensation for the Program Manager include:

• Salary Range: $150,000 - $190,000 depending on experience
• Full Benefits Package: PTO, Paid Holidays, Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Sick leave as required by law
