Serves as the primary contract and lease manager for OAAS, providing technical guidance on contract, RFP, and lease development, amendments, renewals, and related requirements.
Provides training and consultation to program staff on applicable contract laws, regulations, policies, procedures, and the state procurement process.
Maintains and monitors contract and RFP information in LaGov and the agency contract tracker, identifying delays or issues and coordinating with program staff, vendors, Legal, and the Office of State Procurement.
Coordinates statewide lease activities, including preparing and reviewing lease documentation, processing renewals and cancellations, maintaining lease records, and serving as a liaison with LDH and state facility management offices.
Monitors leased facilities and coordinates with safety liaisons, lessors, and risk management personnel to address maintenance, safety concerns, and potential hazards.
Prepares weekly and monthly revenue and expenditure projections and reports for contracts and leases, utilizing LaGov data to support management decision-making and budget planning.
Reviews contract and lease invoices for accuracy, ensures required documentation is complete, and coordinates payment processing while identifying and reporting errors or corrective actions as needed.
