The Ladders is seeking a Program Manager to lead technology service delivery initiatives in the healthcare space, delivering client outcomes and growth. This remote role emphasizes structure, cross-functional alignment, and momentum to translate client needs into actionable plans and strengthen stakeholder relationships.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in technology program delivery, knowledge of federal program execution, and proven success managing complex projects, while meeting U.S.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing technology service delivery projects.
• Working knowledge of federal program execution.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex technology or data projects.
• U.S. citizenship or Green Card required.
• U.S. residency for at least the past 3 years.

For our client, we are seeking a Program Manager to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will guide complex technology service delivery initiatives that support client outcomes and business growth across the healthcare environment. You will bring structure, alignment, and momentum to cross-functional programs while helping translate client needs into actionable delivery plans. The position will also play a key role in strengthening stakeholder relationships and identifying opportunities to expand services and drive growth.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $150,000 - $170,000 annually
