For our client, we are seeking a Lead Project Manager, Delivery to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will lead complex, cross-functional project delivery efforts that support healthcare expansion initiatives across business and technology teams. The person in this position will build integrated plans, manage dependencies, and keep stakeholders informed on progress, risks, and milestones. A strong focus will be placed on aligning Product Management, Engineering, and business partners to ensure coordinated execution and clear visibility into project health. The ideal candidate will bring structure, communication, and disciplined follow-through to multiple concurrent workstreams in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $115,200 - $158,400 annually

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated project plans for expansion initiatives
• Track milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and risks across workstreams
• Coordinate project activities across Product Management, Engineering, and business teams
• Maintain visibility into implementation progress and communicate status to stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience

• Proficient in developing and maintaining project plans, milestones, and schedules
• Skilled in coordinating activities across various delivery organizations such as Product Management and Engineering
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum software development environments
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple concurrent workstreams
• Experience in preparing project status reports for stakeholders
