Qualificações

• 10+ years as a Technical Program Manager or in a similar role within a product company.

• Proven experience managing multi-team programs from kickoff to launch.
• Excellent written communication skills suited to asynchronous coordination.

For our client, we are seeking a Technical Program Manager to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will guide complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept through launch, ensuring teams stay aligned on scope, timing, and execution. You will partner closely with engineering, product, operations, and external collaborators to turn ambiguous priorities into clear plans and measurable progress. The position also plays a key role in maintaining privacy, security, and operational discipline in programs that involve personal health data. Success in this role will come from creating structure, surfacing risks early, and improving workflows without adding unnecessary process.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $180,000 – $250,000 annually
