For our client, we are seeking a Principal, Technical Program Manager to join the team of a leader in the Retail & Consumer Goods space.

This role will lead large-scale, cross-functional programs that shape the delivery of technology and operational initiatives across a complex retail environment. The Principal, Technical Program Manager will focus on aligning business strategy with execution, removing roadblocks, and ensuring critical milestones are met. You will partner closely with stakeholders across technical and business teams to improve ways of working, strengthen delivery discipline, and support effective decision-making. This is a highly visible role for someone who can bring structure, influence, and clarity to complex programs.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $143,000 – $286,000 annually
