Job summary

Clario, a Thermo Fisher Scientific company, is seeking a Program Manager in a fully remote United States role. You will oversee delivery health across client portfolios, manage risks, and translate client needs into actionable work for PM and operations teams.

The role emphasizes strong client relationships, governance participation, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful study delivery. You will partner with Business Development and Client Success, monitor KPIs and timelines,

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 4–8 years of relevant experience in pharmaceuticals, clinical research, eCOA, or related client-facing project environment.
  • Experience managing complex client relationships and coordinating delivery across multiple projects or studies.
  • Knowledge of the drug development process; eCOA or clinical study delivery experience preferred.
  • Strong judgment, decision-making, and ability to manage difficult conversations with stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills; able to balance portfolio visibility with operational detail.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee delivery health across one or more client portfolios, maintaining visibility across multiple clinical studies.
  • Build trusted client relationships, translate client needs into clear actions for PM and operations teams.
  • Identify portfolio-level delivery risks, manage escalations, and address issues impacting satisfaction, revenue, or opportunities.
  • Monitor study timelines, financial performance, KPIs, and processes; support governance discussions and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with Business Development and Client Success to ensure consistent client experience and growth.
  • Prepare for and participate in client governance meetings, communicating effectively with stakeholders and providing clear recommendations.
