Base pay range

$75.00/hr - $80.00/hr

Payrate: $75.00 - $80.00/hr.

Summary:
The Marketing team drives preference and everyday usage for Company products through full-channel marketing to drive cultural relevance and accelerate business results. We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to bridge the gap between our marketing channel portfolio (in-app and off) and the Company’s marketing and product teams. This Program Manager will be a key operational partner and the main liaison between Channel Foundations, Marketing, and Product teams, leading our GTM and editorial calendars, and integrated campaign rollouts. The ideal candidate has demonstrated the ability to lead an effective cross-functional process for managing marketing calendars and campaigns, and the right mix of brand and product knowledge to lead execution end-to-end. Excellent communication skills and comfort with ambiguity are a must. It will be critical that this person can unify teams around a strategic north star in a highly cross-functional and dynamic environment built to move fast.

Responsibilities:

  • Builds and maintains Company Marketing’s editorial and GTM calendars across Product Marketing, Brand, Social, Comms, Creator Marketing, and Product teams.
  • Overseas the end-to-end execution of 360 campaigns to ensure stakeholders are on track with commitments and helps identify areas for improvements that scale the team and reduce campaign time-to-launch.
  • Owns and optimizes the Channel Foundation team’s processes, workflows, and guidelines for leveraging owned channels and shared/paid channels with marketing stakeholders, as well as creative development in partnership with Brand Ops, Legal, and Policy stakeholders.
  • Manages day-to-day relationships with Company’s various internal and external stakeholders, proactively driving alignment on priorities, key dates, action items, and ensuring projects remain on-time and on strategy.
  • Leads execution and documentation of all elements of each campaign from start to finish, including work-back plans, technical requirements, reporting, and internal comms with all stakeholders.
  • Plans and hosts creative workshops with internal XFN and agency partners to define creative approach for Drive Windows and/or bespoke campaigns as needed.

Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience as a program manager, or related discipline, for consumer technology.
  • Detail-oriented and experienced at pushing forward multiple projects with detailed requirements at once.
  • Experience leading project plans across multiple functions - marketing, brand, design, product, and engineering.
  • Experience building, identifying, and/or maintaining measurement systems with data scientists.
  • Impact-oriented and experienced with data, A/B testing, as well as reporting on results.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate business results and recommendations clearly and effectively to all levels within the organization.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally, experience working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.


Must-Have Skills:
  • Detail and Process Oriented Mindset: The ability to build and maintain end-to-end both long-term strategic calendars (Editorial, GTM) and shorter-term project plans (campaigns, 360 marketing initiatives), from process & workflow development to day-to-day tracking to execution & reporting.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Strong partnership skills to work with various teams, including marketing, brand, social, comms, product, and engineering, to execute on bespoke campaigns and broader 360 marketing initiatives.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to tackle complex problems with a strategic mindset, create thoughtful recommendations, and action plans for solving those problems, using data and insights to inform decision-making.

Nice-to-Have Skills:
  • MBA or Advanced Degree Internet or Technology Industry Experience

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $75.00 - $80.00/hr. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Packages may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, 10 paid days off, 401(k) plan participation, commuter benefits and life and disability insurance.
