Job summary

CLEAResult is seeking a Program Manager to lead client programs from inception to completion, responsible for cost, implementation and performance of programs or major subsystems. You will coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, marketing, software development) typically 7–15 people, manage 2–7 direct reports, and negotiate contract changes while ensuring compliance and client satisfaction.

The role requires 3+ years in operations delivery with at least 1 year of people management; DOT

Qualifications

• Relevant work experience plus 3+ years operations delivery.
• 1+ years people management.
• Utility or energy-industry knowledge a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and related tools.

• Execute contracts for compliance and client satisfaction.

• May create technical content & intellectual property.

Job Description

We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Program Manager! Our Program Managers direct all phases of client programs, from inception through completion. Responsible for the cost, implementation and performance of company programs or subsystems of major programs. Participates in the negotiation of contract and contract changes. Coordinates the preparation of business plans, work statements and specifications, operating budgets and financial terms/conditions of contract. Must be located with 60 minutes of East Lansing. Will be required to attend weekly in-person client meetings as well as ad hoc in-person meetings.

Compensation Range

• $86,300.00 - $129,400.00
• Currency USD
• Type Salary
• Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.
