Qualifications

• Active DoD security clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in program management or related field.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• Experience in managing multiple projects or programs simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement program plans, including project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate the work of project teams and ensure that project tasks are completed on time and within budget.
• Identify and manage program risks and issues.
• Ensure that program goals and objectives are clearly defined and communicated to stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including project sponsors, customers, and partners.
• Monitor program performance against established goals and objectives.
• Report on program progress to stakeholders.
• Manage program budgets and resources.
• Develop and implement program policies and procedures.
• Ensure that program work complies with relevant regulations and standards.
• All other duties as assigned.
