Description

We are looking for experienced Program Managers to support mission-critical programs across the GovCon space, with opportunities spanning multiple locations nationwide. These roles support key federal customers including DISA, US Navy, US Army, USAF, and Space Force programs across regions:

  • DC/VA/MD area
  • Tampa, FL
  • Houston, TX
  • Hanscom AFB
  • Dayton, OH

In this role, you will serve as a key liaison between government stakeholders and contractor teams, leading matrixed teams to successfully execute complex IT programs while driving operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

In addition to overseeing day-to-day program execution, we are seeking leaders who can contribute to the strategic growth of the organization by identifying, shaping, and supporting new opportunities across federal agencies. You will play a critical role in supporting capture and proposal efforts, while building and mentoring high-performing teams aligned to evolving mission needs.

Successful candidates will bring strong experience managing IT and mission-oriented programs across the full systems development lifecycle (SDLC), including acquisition processes and documentation. You will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating technical and functional activities such as systems engineering, systems integration, service desk and call center operations, cybersecurity, database and storage management, and software development or configuration.

This role requires the ability to manage program scope, schedule, and cost; anticipate and mitigate risks; and ensure the delivery of high-quality program management artifacts, including schedules, reports, and program management plans. You will regularly interact with government leadership, including CORs, and must be able to provide clear, concise reporting through meetings, briefings, and written communications such as SITREPs.

We are looking for proactive leaders possessing a strong balance of technical expertise, program management discipline, and growth-oriented mindset—individuals who can lead teams, coordinate with subcontractors, and manage personnel across recruiting, onboarding, and performance management while positioning the company for continued success in a competitive federal marketplace.
