Job summary

C2 Technology Solutions in Maryland is seeking a Program Manager to supervise cost, schedule, and performance for complex government contracts. This role serves as the primary liaison between Government, Contracting Officers, and senior leadership to ensure operational efficiency and contract compliance.

Responsibilities include managing program cost and schedule, staffing and budgeting, EVM oversight and financial reporting, development of integrated baselines and risk mitigation, and leading

Qualifications

• 10+ years of program or project management experience in complex environments.
• Experience with requirements analysis, deliverable tracking, and financial monitoring.
• Minimum 1 year experience managing funds using Earned Value Management.
• Knowledge of federal acquisition regulations and DoD policies.
• PMP, FAC-P/PM Mid-Level, or DAWIA Level II certification required.
