Job description

Dynamic Solutions Technology, LLC, a premier strategic services firm that meets IT and Service needs for commercial and government clients, is seeking a full-time Program Manager (PM) to support DoD customers. This position is based in San Diego, CA.

---------- ACTIVE TOP SECRET CLEARANCE REQUIRED ----------

Responsibilities:
  1. Work on high-visibility or mission-critical aspects of a given program.
  2. Identify, develop, assess, and transition new C4ISR battle management concepts and technologies into NAVWAR product lines.
  3. Leverage industry best practices to generate new ideas, and produce new technologies, processes, strategies, and services to improve warfighter capabilities.
  4. Conduct organizational studies and evaluations, design systems and procedures.
  5. Manage multiple Science and Technology (S&T) portfolios.
  6. Review S&T proposals and initiatives.
  7. Conduct work simplification and measurement studies.
  8. Prepare operations and procedures manuals to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively.
  9. Apply analytic techniques to evaluate program/project objectives.
  10. Analyze requirements, status, budget, and schedules.
  11. Perform management, technical, or business case analyses.
  12. Collect, organize, and interpret data related to projects and programs.
  13. Track program/project status and schedules.
  14. Apply project management concepts to assigned duties.
  15. Apply government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management, and data management.
  16. Utilize data management, analysis, and visualization techniques.
  17. Design and apply appropriate data visualization techniques tailored to various audiences.
Qualifications Requirements:
  1. Active Top Secret security clearance.
  2. Bachelor's Degree and advanced technical degree from an accredited college or university.
  3. Three or more years managing Science and Technology (S&T) portfolios.
  4. Three or more years facilitating innovative concepts and technologies to promote C4ISR.
  5. Three or more years reviewing S&T proposals and initiatives.
  6. Three or more years generating technical reports, strategy plans, and metrics.
  7. Three or more years managing data collection and analysis.
Experience and Skills:
  1. Experience applying data management, data analysis, and data visualization.
  2. Designing multiple data visualization techniques and applying the most appropriate for various audiences.
  3. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  4. Strong critical thinking skills.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  7. Experience with Navy acquisition programs or related DoD project management support.
