Job summary

T2S Solutions is seeking a Program Manager to lead and coordinate a program or portfolio of projects within the United States. You will oversee planning, budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, risk management, and performance monitoring to ensure program goals are met.

The role requires DoD security clearance, a bachelor's degree, and 5-7 years of program management experience. You will work with sponsors, customers, and partners to deliver results while maintaining regulatory compliance

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Identify and manage program risks and issues.
• Communicate goals and objectives to stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain relationships with sponsors, customers, and partners.
• Monitor performance against goals and objectives and report progress.
• Manage program budgets and resources.
• Develop and implement program policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and standards.

• Develop and implement program plans, including project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Coordinate the work of project teams and ensure that project tasks are completed on time and within budget
• Identify and manage program risks and issues
• Ensure that program goals and objectives are clearly defined and communicated to stakeholders
• Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including project sponsors, customers, and partners
• Monitor program performance against established goals and objectives
