Job summary

CLEAResult is seeking a Program Manager to lead client programs from inception to completion. You will oversee cost, implementation, and performance of programs, negotiate contracts, and coordinate cross-functional teams located around East Lansing with onsite meetings.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of operations delivery experience, 1+ year of people management, and familiarity with utility or energy-industry contexts. Strong MS Office skills and compliance focus are required.

• 1+ years people management.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and client contracts.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple contracts with $2M-$5M annual revenue, without incentives.
• Execute contracts for compliance and client satisfaction.

Our Program Managers direct all phases of client programs, from inception through completion. Responsible for the cost, implementation and performance of company programs or subsystems of major programs. Participates in the negotiation of contract and contract changes. Coordinates the preparation of business plans, work statements and specifications, operating budgets and financial terms/conditions of contract. Must be located with 60 minutes of East Lansing.
