Job summary

CLEAResult is seeking a Program Manager to lead client programs from inception to completion. You will own the cost, implementation, and performance of programs, negotiate contracts, and coordinate business plans, budgets, and specifications.

The role requires proximity to East Lansing, MI, with weekly in-person client meetings. You will manage multiple contracts totaling $2M–$5M annually, lead cross‑functional teams of 7–15, and supervise 2–7 people.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of operations delivery experience
• 1+ years of people management
• Energy or utility industry knowledge is a plus
• Proficient in MS Office and related tools

We are looking for a talented individual…

To join our team as a Program Manager! Our Program Managers direct all phases of client programs, from inception through completion. Responsible for the cost, implementation and performance of company programs or subsystems of major programs. Participates in the negotiation of contract and contract changes. Coordinates the preparation of business plans, work statements and specifications, operating budgets and financial terms/conditions of contract. Must be located with 60 minutes of East Lansing. Will be required to attend weekly in-person client meetings as well as ad hoc in-person meetings.

$86,300.00 - $129,400.00
