Advanced Program Manager

The Hills Tandem, LLC is a growing consulting firm seeking a high-level program manager to elevate the company. The role offers significant opportunities for creativity, independence, and growth. The Hills Tandem provides strategy, planning, and management for its clients and is a Christian-based organization.

Fueled by a passion for discovery, Project Management is the key to managing projects, workflows, and project-related information within the organization. This leader oversees the development, review, and internal workflow of projects to ensure high-quality work, resource optimization, timely execution, and financial management, all while maintaining the cost/quality/speed balance. This is a full-time remote position with some travel required.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of progressive program management experience, particularly in healthcare and population health initiatives. A strong background in community, minority health, healthcare systems, and grant management at private, state, and federal levels is essential. The candidate should be a self-starter, visionary, and experienced in writing and securing grants.

Responsibilities include developing and refining processes to ensure organizational efficiency, accuracy, and consistency in areas such as:

  • Managing multiple clients and portfolios
  • Leading and mentoring teams
  • Building stakeholder relationships
  • Providing strategic direction for healthcare programs
  • Overseeing program execution and budgets
  • Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations like HIPAA
  • Tracking performance metrics and managing risks
  • Producing reports and conducting quality assurance
  • Maintaining project plans and analyzing data
  • Advising on best practices and monitoring portfolio health
  • Managing project scope, resources, and timelines
  • Reporting to leadership

Job Requirements:

  • Remote work with occasional in-person meetings
  • Up to 50% travel may be required
