What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the organization's business environment and industry landscape
- Support the implementation and maintenance of the business unit's risk management framework
- Lead change initiatives and perform impact assessments for risk management programs
- Develop and implement communication strategies to support risk transformation efforts
- Draft, review, and manage the lifecycle of policies, standards, and procedures

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Financial Services, First Line Risk Management, Enterprise Risk, or Operational Risk OR High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in the same fields
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of risk techniques, practices, and control frameworks
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in Policy, Standards, and Procedure Governance

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience in corporate communications, change management, or organizational transformation roles
- Experience in a large financial institution
- Knowledge of banking and government regulatory requirements and processes
- Certifications such as CRCM, PMP, CERP, CAMS, ISACA CISA, or ISACA CRISC
- Project Management experience or internal/external consulting experience
