Description

The Analyst Portfolio Program Management Analysis plays a crucial role in supporting demand management and governance initiatives. This position focuses on assisting in demand prioritization and governance processes, monitoring initiative progress, and providing operational support to ensure effective portfolio management. The Analyst collaborates closely with stakeholders to align initiatives with strategic objectives and facilitate decision-making forums. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  1. Demand Governance Support: Assist in demand triage and governance activities, including preparing materials for forums and facilitating discussions.
  2. Initiative Monitoring: Track progress of initiatives, ensuring timelines and strategic alignment.
  3. Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with Finance, Demand Requestors/Owners, Program Managers, Domain and Portfolio leads to support prioritization and stakeholder alignment.
  4. Documentation and Reporting: Prepare reports and presentations on initiative status, risks, and issues for stakeholders and leadership.
  5. Process Support: Support portfolio management processes and tooling for efficiency and consistency.
  6. Continuous Improvement: Identify and contribute to process enhancements in portfolio management practices.
  7. Ad Hoc Projects: Support special projects related to portfolio management and strategic objectives.
  8. Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Education
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in business administration, finance, technology, engineering, or related field. Related experience may offset degree requirements.
Minimum Experience
  • Two (2) years in portfolio management, business operations, or related field. Related education/degree may offset experience requirements.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build stakeholder relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with project management tools is desirable.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in enterprise portfolio management and strategic initiatives.
Job Conditions
  • Some travel may be required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze data and develop insights.
  • Experience building automated reports (e.g., PowerBI), SharePoint, and systems thinking.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills for managing multiple projects.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
Pay Transparency

This compensation range is an estimate of the current starting salary across potential locations. Actual pay depends on experience, market conditions, location, and other factors. Benefits include health, vision, dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.

Pay

U.S. Range: $4,358.59 - $15,607.31/month; Colorado Range: $4,358.59 - $14,957.01/month; New York Range: $4,600.74 - $15,607.31/month; NYC Range: $5,569.31 - $15,607.31/month.
