The Analyst Portfolio Program Management Analysis plays a crucial role in supporting demand management and governance initiatives. This position focuses on assisting in demand prioritization and governance processes, monitoring initiative progress, and providing operational support to ensure effective portfolio management. The Analyst collaborates closely with stakeholders to align initiatives with strategic objectives and facilitate decision-making forums. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in business administration, finance, technology, engineering, or a related field. Related experience may offset degree requirements. Two (2) years of experience in portfolio management, business operations, or related field. Additional related skills, education/degree may offset experience requirements.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to analyze data and develop insights to maintain continuous visibility into progress and outcomes. Prior experience in building automated reports (e.g., PowerBI), SharePoint, and Systems thinking is a plus. Excellent time management and organizational skills are required to manage multiple projects, prioritize workload, plan resources, meet deadlines, and respond to day-to-day needs. Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills are essential.
This compensation range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. Actual starting pay will depend on experience, market factors, location, and other considerations. The company offers health, vision, dental insurance, retirement plans, and tuition reimbursement.
This position can be remote anywhere in the U.S.
