Description

The Community Connect Program Manager for the Community Team will serve as the Product and Services Manager, acting as the primary liaison between the Digital team and affiliate practices. This role ensures the successful delivery of IT products and services supporting the Community Connect program, providing strategic input, managing implementation and support, and ensuring affiliate satisfaction.

Responsibilities
IT Program and Services Management:
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of IT services and products delivered to affiliate practices.
  • Provide input to ECC Governance regarding IT capacity, constraints, progress, and risks.
  • Ensure high standards of quality, performance, and customer satisfaction of IT services.
  • Act on governance priorities, ensuring timely execution of enhancements, fixes, and updates.
Customer Satisfaction & IT Support
  • Maintain strong relationships with affiliate practices, acting as the primary point of contact for IT issues and feedback.
  • Collaborate with IT teams for onboarding, implementation, and ongoing support, ensuring minimal downtime.
IT Team Management and Skill Development
  • Manage the IT team dedicated to Community Connect, ensuring appropriate skills and training.
  • Provide leadership, prioritize work, and foster collaboration.
  • Monitor team performance, providing feedback to meet service standards.
Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Coordinate with internal IT teams and external vendors to ensure system security, reliability, and integration.
  • Align technical solutions with operational goals and affiliate needs.
Financial and Contract Management
  • Manage costs, ensure accurate billing, and review contract terms related to IT services.
IT Capacity Planning and Risk Management
  • Provide input on IT capacity and resource allocation.
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to IT functionality and capacity.
Technical Expertise & Workflow Integration
  • Manage design, build, and support of IT solutions, leveraging healthcare IT knowledge.
  • Ensure seamless integration into clinical workflows.
  • Lead troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues.
Reporting & Performance Metrics
  • Develop performance metrics and report on service success.
  • Use data to improve processes and adapt services.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 8+ years in IT project leadership, with 5+ years in a PMO-like role.
  • Experience managing large-scale programs across full project lifecycle.
  • Background in business transformations and mentoring project managers.
  • Healthcare experience and ability to work across diverse organizations.
  • Preferred: certifications in Prince, MSP, or PMP.
