Job summary

Anblicks in Dallas, Texas, is seeking a senior leader to drive strategic technology and business transformation programs supporting critical infrastructure operations. You will lead end-to-end execution, govern multi‑discipline teams, and deliver measurable outcomes aligned with business needs.

You will partner across business, engineering, operations, finance, and technology to ensure successful delivery, while overseeing governance, budgeting, risks, metrics, and stakeholder communications.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Program Management, or Technology Delivery.
• Proven experience leading enterprise-wide programs and strategic initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Experience with program governance, budgeting, risk management, and reporting.
• Strong understanding of project execution, operational processes, and technology delivery.
• Experience within Critical Infrastructure Services, Data Centers, Telecommunications, Utilities, Energy, Engineering Services, or related industries.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale technology and operational transformation initiatives from planning through implementation and operational handoff.
• Manage program roadmap, scope, budget, resources, risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones.
• Partner with business, engineering, operations, finance, and technology leaders to ensure successful execution.
• Establish governance, reporting, and communication frameworks, including executive dashboards and weekly status reports.
• Identify and mitigate program risks, issues, and delivery challenges.
• Drive process improvement, operational efficiency, and adoption of new technologies.
• Ensure solutions align with business objectives, operational requirements, security standards, and compliance needs.

• Background in data center operations, electrical systems, telecommunications infrastructure, or mission-critical environments.
