Confidential is seeking a Senior Program and Project Manager to deliver large, complex initiatives across multiple product areas, serving as the single accountable owner for outcomes and ensuring alignment with strategic goals.   • Experience managing project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, governance, and business readiness.
  • Experience applying multiple project delivery methodologies, including Waterfall and Agile.
  • Proven ability to lead at the program level while remaining grounded in formal project management discipline.

Responsibilities

  • Lead large, complex programs and technology projects spanning 30–60 product areas through the full project management lifecycle.
  • Serve as the single point of accountability for project delivery, implementation readiness, and committed business outcomes.
  • Develop integrated delivery plans covering scope, schedules, budgets, resources, dependencies, governance, and business objectives.
  • Coordinate business and technology workstreams across multiple cross-functional teams.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining alignment across related initiatives and product areas.
  • Establish project milestones, deliverables, performance measures, and accountability requirements.
  • Identify, assess, mitigate, and escalate risks, issues, assumptions, constraints, and dependencies.
  • Manage project budgets, financial forecasts, staffing plans, capacity requirements, and resource allocation.
  • Provide clear, outcome-focused status updates, recommendations, and escalations to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Facilitate governance meetings, executive discussions, decision-making, and issue-resolution activities.
  • Ensure compliance with Delivery Excellence standards, governance requirements, project controls, and change management processes.
  • Lead business-readiness activities, including operational transition, implementation planning, communications, training, and adoption.

This position leads programs spanning 30–60 product areas and serves as the single point of accountability for project outcomes.

The role leads cross-functional business and technology workstreams, manages scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and dependencies, and drives business readiness and implementation. This position combines program-level leadership with disciplined project management to ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with committed business outcomes.

Minimum Education & Experience Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Minimum of seven years of project management experience.
  • Demonstrated experience successfully delivering large, complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Experience managing multiple projects or related workstreams concurrently.
  • Experience leading cross‑functional initiatives involving business and technology teams.
  • Experience managing project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, governance, and business readiness.
  • Experience applying multiple project delivery methodologies, including Waterfall and Agile.
  • Proven ability to lead at the program level while remaining grounded in formal project management discipline.
