Jobtailor is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead end-to-end infrastructure initiatives across cloud migrations, platform modernization, reliability improvements, and cost optimization programs, delivering measurable business value.

You will translate business and engineering priorities into roadmaps, create and manage schedules, risks, and success metrics, and collaborate across SRE, platform engineering, product management, and global business units while coordinating 2–3 days

Qualifications

7+ years of technical program or project management experience in large-scale infrastructure or cloud environments.
U.S. citizenship or Green Card/permanent resident status.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end execution of large-scale infrastructure initiatives.
Drive scheduling, scoping, and execution of cloud migrations, platform modernization, reliability improvements, and cost optimization programs.
Translate business and engineering priorities into roadmaps, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
Create and manage project schedules, task assignments, dependencies, and schedule progress.
Establish and monitor success metrics including delivery timelines, reliability improvements, cost savings, and team velocity.
Identify and communicate risks, dependencies, trade-offs, and opportunities.
Collaborate with Engineering, SRE, Product Management, platform engineering, and worldwide business units.
Track project activities, schedules, priorities, dependencies, blockers, and critical issues through resolution.
Triage inbound requests and coordinate operational escalations.
Ensure quality documentation, change management, and operational readiness for infrastructure changes.
Facilitate technical and executive-level discussions and translate infrastructure concepts into business value.
Manage daily/weekly project communication and status reporting.
Lead Scrum meetings and follow up on meeting minutes and action items.
Coordinate work flexibly across time zones.

Requirements

U.S. citizenship or Green Card/permanent resident status
7+ years of technical program/project management experience in large-scale infrastructure or cloud environments
Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, SRE practices, and modern platform architectures
Proven track record leading complex, multi-team programs with measurable business impact
Proficient in Jira and familiar with Agile/Scrum methodologies and facilitation
Outstanding communication skills- articulate complex technical topics clearly to all audiences from engineers to executives
Excel at proactively driving results, managing obstacles, and making data-driven decisions in fast-paced environments
Must work effectively with cross-functional teams worldwide in collaborative, consensus-driven environments
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience
Background in cybersecurity or high-availability systems is a plus
Ability to work 2-3 days per week on-site at one of the posted locations
Experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes
