Job summary

Whitecap Search is seeking an experienced professional to lead a large-scale, multi-workstream Quality Systems and ServiceNow validation program within a regulated environment.

The role requires coordinating IT, Quality, Validation, and business stakeholders, developing plans, and delivering on milestones while ensuring audit readiness and change management across the organization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Project or Program Management experience leading large-scale, enterprise initiatives in regulated environments.
• Experience delivering enterprise technology initiatives within Quality, Compliance, or IT environments.
• Deep understanding of GxP regulations and experience ensuring compliance across program deliverables.
• Extensive CSV experience: authoring IQ/OQ/PQ, end-to-end validation lifecycle, and regulatory alignment (21 CFR Part 11, EU Annex 11).
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive consensus without direct authority.
• Experience with Agile, Hybrid, or mixed delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of a large-scale multi-workstream QA and ServiceNow validation program.

• Develop and maintain project plans, roadmaps, milestones, risk registers, issue logs, and communication plans.

• Support organizational change management and user adoption across the business.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks, dependencies, and roadblocks.
• Ensure activities comply with GxP/regulatory requirements including documentation and audit readiness.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, business-focused communications for executives.
• Foster collaboration, accountability, and transparency across stakeholder groups.
• Support go-live planning, deployment activities, hypercare, and stabilization after implementation.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing complex, cross-functional programs within regulated environments.

• Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate program risks, dependencies, and roadblocks.
• Ensure project teams remain focused on critical deliverables, timelines, and strategic business objectives.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, business-focused communications for executive and non-technical audiences.
• Foster collaboration, accountability, and transparency across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Support go-live planning, deployment activities, hypercare, and post-implementation stabilization.
• Ensure all program activities comply with GxP regulations and quality standards, including validation documentation, audit readiness, and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications

• 7 years of Project or Program Management experience leading large-scale, enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Proven success managing complex, cross-functional programs with multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups.
• Experience delivering enterprise technology initiatives within regulated Quality, Compliance, or IT environments.
• Deep understanding of GxP regulations and experience ensuring compliance across program deliverables.
• Extensive Computer Systems Validation (CSV) experience, including:
  • Authoring and reviewing validation documentation (IQ/OQ/PQ)
  • Managing the end-to-end validation lifecycle
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements such as 21 CFR Part 11 and EU Annex 11
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive consensus without direct authority.
• Strong experience working in Agile, Hybrid, or mixed delivery environments.
• Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to navigate complex organizations and diverse stakeholder personalities.
• Experience communicating effectively with both technical teams and executive business leaders.
• Strong executive presence with exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Outstanding organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within the Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, or Life Sciences industries.
• Hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform, including Quality or GxP validation, IT Service Management (ITSM), platform implementations, or administration.
• PMP, PgMP, Scrum Master, or similar project management certifications are a plus.
