In this role you will:
- Manage cross-functional and interdependent projects: coordinate plans across teams, solve problems and reprioritize efforts in order to keep larger company goals on track
- Create project plans, complete with timelines and responsibilities assigned
- Establish standard project management processes and documentation for use across RSAC, with an eye towards continuous improvement
- Communicate project status and metrics to key stakeholders
- Lead organization of agenda and content creation for Company Offsites
- Lead cross-functional steering committees
- Execute ‘Special initiatives’ projects
Your Profile:
- Bachelors degree
- 5-10 years experience in Program, Product or Project Management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead multi-level, cross-functional teams
- Ability to think creatively and troubleshoot
- Please be aware that although this is a remote position, to be considered for the vacancy, you must have residency in one of the following states
- California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Illinois, Kansas, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Texas, Utah, Washington
