Enterprise Revenue Cycle Program Manager (Remote)

Overview

The Enterprise Revenue Cycle Program Manager will lead and oversee complex, multi-disciplinary programs of high strategic priority. Responsibilities include developing program roadmaps, managing a portfolio of projects, overseeing project teams, collaborating with stakeholders, and leading business change management initiatives.

Responsibilities
  1. Lead and oversee complex programs through all phases, ensuring successful deliverables.
  2. Develop fiscal year and long-term program plans with input from leadership.
  3. Manage a portfolio of large, complex projects.
  4. Oversee project managers and ensure proper use of project management tools.
  5. Collaborate with stakeholders to align program impacts.
  6. Create executive-level reports and deliverables.
  7. Manage internal tools and systems for program delivery.
  8. Conduct needs assessments and evaluate program effectiveness using KPIs and ROI.
  9. Identify and escalate issues requiring executive support.
  10. Lead business change management, including process redesign and training.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Master's Degree preferred.
  • Eight years of related experience required.
  • Effective communication skills, both oral and written, with empathy in interpersonal situations.
  • Ability to work with diverse constituencies.
