Job summary

EVERSANA is seeking a Plant Manager to lead the Distribution Center’s receiving, replenishment, order fulfillment, inventory control and shipping operations. You will manage a team, ensure SOPs, drive profitability, and partner across HR, Finance and IT to meet client commitments.

The role emphasizes safety, continuous improvement, and staff development while aligning with EVERSANA’s quality and inclusion standards. Location is within the U.S.

Qualifications

• College Degree and a minimum of 7 years direct experience of distribution management.
• Comprehensive knowledge of warehousing and distribution operations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Advanced analytical, evaluative and data analysis skills.
• Exemplify leadership, teamwork and organizational skills.
• Understanding of WMS and/or TMS platforms; data reporting experience.
• Ability to gather data, compile information and prepare reports.

Responsibilities

• Ensure SOP compliance across all areas of operation.
• Achieve operational excellence through accuracy, efficiency and targets.
• Manage area P&L and strategic financial planning.
• Promote a safe working environment.
• Develop and train staff members within the department.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance and IT on cross‑functional initiatives.
• Meet client expectations and contractual obligations daily.
• Lead and train leaders within the chain of command.
• Oversee non-conformance investigations and CAPA programs.
• Monitor orientation and training updates to sustain performance.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
