Job summary

EVERSANA is seeking an Implementation Director/Senior Director to lead Patient Services program implementations, including hub, assistance, copay and direct-to-patient programs. You will manage client relationships, coordinate with PMO, and prepare comprehensive implementation documentation to meet contractual obligations and patient outcomes.

The role requires up to 10–20% travel, 40–50 hours per week, and collaboration with multiple internal departments to design, test, train, and launch

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required—a variety of degree programs accepted.
• 3+ years of EVERSANA Patient Services experience for Implementation Director; 5+ years for Senior Director, with pharma client management.
• PMP certification desirable.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio); AI experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage new client Patient Services programs.
• Manage client relationships during the implementation.
• Serve as a key client contact during all implementation steps.
• Coordinate internal work streams with the PMO for timelines and deliverables.
• Collaborate with design, configuration, testing, training and post-launch support teams.
• Create implementation documentation (Business Process Flows, Business Rules, Enrollment Forms, etc.).
• Approve system requirements documentation and data transfer agreements.
• Coordinate internal and external reviews of implementation documents.
• Plan and coordinate projects and services for EVERSANA's Patient Services.
• Demonstrate commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
