Job summary

EVERSANA is seeking a Program Management Lead to serve as a subject matter expert, conduct on-the-job training, and assist the team with escalations. The role works closely with the supervisory team to ensure program goals and KPIs are met, and to participate in special projects.

The position requires experience in pharma/payer settings, strong communication and training skills, and a focus on delivering high-quality customer service. This is a daytime, office-based role within our US operations.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma or GED with 4–6 years experience or an Associate's degree with 4+ years experience.
• 2+ years call center/operations experience in pharma or payer setting.
• Experience with EVERSANA is preferred.
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong presentation and training skills.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Act as a SME providing leadership support according to program rules.
• Provide on-the-job training to new and existing team members in partnership.
• Resolve escalated customer issues.
• Assist with agent task assignment in Supervisor’s absence.
• Participate in special projects as assigned.
