Lockheed Martin in Fort Worth, Texas, seeks a Program Manager Staff to oversee the EPIC portfolio within the Production PMO, coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated engineering change proposals and ensure configuration readiness.

The role requires coordinating with program teams, finance counterparts, suppliers, and customers to meet requirements and deliverables, with emphasis on cost, schedule, and technical performance across major programs.

Participates in the negotiation of contract and contract changes. Coordinates the preparation of proposals, business plans, proposal work statements and specifications, operating budgets and financial terms/conditions of contract. Acts as primary customer contact for program activities, leading program review sessions with customer to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance. Establishes design concepts, criteria and engineering efforts for product research, development, integration and test. Develops new business or expands the product line with the customer. Establishes milestones and monitors adherence to master plans and schedules, identifies program problems and obtains solutions, such as allocation of resources or changing contractual specifications. What You Will Be Doing

You will be the Program Manager Staff for F-35 Engineering Change Proposal Integration (EPIC) Portfolio for the Production Program Management Office (PMO) which is responsible for delivering integrated engineering change proposals and ensuring configuration readiness. As the Program Manager Staff for F-35 Engineering Change Proposal Integration (EPIC) Portfolio you will be responsible for coordinating with the Program Team, Control Account Managers, finance counterparts, subcontractors, suppliers and customers to ensure program requirements and deliverables are met.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Manage cost and schedule aspects of the EPIC portfolio projects.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $120600.00 - $224000.00

PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
