Job summary

Lockheed Martin is seeking a Program Director for the E3 program within the Enduring Programs Portfolio. The program director leads a cross-functional team through all program phases, coordinating recruitment, training, performance and salary actions, and ensuring cost, schedule, and technical performance.

You will be the primary customer contact, drive proposal preparation, budgets, and contract changes, and guide design concepts and engineering efforts.

Qualifications

• Program management experience across strategy and execution.
• Security clearance: Top Secret with investigation in last 5 years.
• Experience in business development and financial/business management.
• Excellent customer relations and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional team through all program phases from inception to completion.
• Coordinate subordinate recruitment, training, performance assessments, salary and disciplinary actions.
• Oversee cost, schedule and technical performance of programs or subsystems; negotiate contracts and changes.
• Coordinate preparation of proposals, budgets, statements and specifications; manage operating budgets and terms.
• Act as primary customer contact and lead program reviews on cost, schedule and technical performance.
• Establish milestones and monitor adherence to master plans; identify problems and allocate resources as needed.
• Direct the work of program staff from technical, manufacturing and administrative areas.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $180000.00 - $325000.00

• For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
