Compensation: $49 - $59 HOURLY

Role Overview

We are seeking a Program Manager to support sustaining product operations for consumer hardware products post-launch. This role is responsible for managing recurring reporting, maintaining internal systems, handling purchase orders, and developing data models. The ideal candidate will transform complex inputs into organized trackers and clear presentations with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects by creating detailed plans to accomplish goals and direct technical activities.
• Present and explain proposals, reports, and findings to stakeholders.
• Consolidate KPIs, meeting minutes, and prepare slide decks for various reports.
• Maintain internal systems for notifications, documentation, and incident management.
• Create, track, and audit purchase orders.
• Analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand to assess project feasibility.
• Confer with management and production staff to discuss project specifications and procedures.
• Consult or negotiate with clients to prepare project specifications.

Required Qualifications

Education: A Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is required.

Experience: 2-4 years of experience in consumer hardware is required. Experience should include data analysis, reporting, and program management, with a focus on clear cross-team communication.

Technical Skills: A strong understanding of MS Office and Google Suite of Tools (Docs, Sheets) is required. Experience with Jira is also needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in operations and a consumer background.
• Familiarity with Teamcenter and Task.
• Experience in leading projects, procurement, and operations.
