Everforth Apex in Rocky Mount, North Carolina, is seeking a Junior Product Manager to help lead discovery, delivery, and continuous improvement of digital products that enhance customer experience, modernize operations, and increase service efficiency.
You will work with customers, frontline staff, stakeholders, and technical teams in an Agile setting to identify problems, validate solutions, and deliver measurable outcomes.
Location: Rocky Mount, North Carolina (Hybrid)
We are seeking Product Managers to help lead the discovery, delivery, and continuous improvement of digital products that improve customer experience, modernize operations, and increase service efficiency. Product Managers will work directly with customers, frontline staff, stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to identify problems, validate solutions, prioritize work, and deliver measurable outcomes. This role reports to the Product Owner and is responsible for the day-to-day execution of assigned products and initiatives.
Experience: Experience leading the development, launch, modernization, or continuous improvement of digital products, software platforms, or customer-facing technology services. Demonstrated experience working across the full product lifecycle. Experience working closely with software development teams, designers, vendors, and engineers in Agile or iterative delivery environments. Experience conducting user research, usability testing, or other customer-centered product discovery practices.
Skills: Strong ability to balance user needs, operational constraints, business objectives, and policy requirements when making product decisions. Familiarity with accessibility, customer experience, service design, or digital transformation initiatives.
Education: A bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience is required. Relevant fields may include business, public administration, information systems, computer science, engineering, design, human-computer interaction, or communications.
The candidate will need to come on-site on the first day to collect equipment. This position requires 3 days onsite per week with limited travel to office locations as needed to assess business processes. A strong ownership mindset with a bias toward action and delivering measurable outcomes is desired. Candidates should be comfortable working in ambiguity and using research and data to inform decisions. Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary, along with the ability to influence decisions and build alignment across stakeholders.
