Collins Aerospace is seeking a Manager, Program Management Professional, for the International Space Station (ISS) Program Management team in Windsor Locks, CT. This onsite role leads cross-functional IPTs, drives schedule adherence, and ensures program alignment with customer commitments.

The ideal candidate has a university degree with 8+ years of experience (or a related advanced degree with 5+ years) in program or project management, plus strong communication and leadership skills to manage

Qualifications

• Typically requires a university degree and minimum 8 years of experience or an advanced degree with 5 years of experience.
• 3+ years of previous Program or Project Management experience required.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional program activities across Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Contracts, Quality, and Finance in onsite, hybrid, and remote environments.

Responsibilities

• Leading their Project specific IPTs (schedule updates, standup meetings, Risk and Opportunity capture, etc.)
• Reporting program status to program manager / senior management
• Financials / Cost Account Manager (CAM) Responsibility
• Voice of the customer / weekly project status reporting to customer
• Keeping program manager up to date on any significant issues / accomplishments
