Collins Aerospace is seeking a Program/Product Manager for the Cheshire, CT location, focusing on engineering projects for the Inertial Systems team. The role is onsite, requiring strong program management skills and U.S. citizenship.

You will lead program execution, interact with customers, manage budgets, and drive cross-functional collaboration to deliver on-time, within-budget outcomes. A university degree and experience in government contracting are preferred.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience, or an Advanced Degree with related experience.
• Experience in managing complex programs or projects within aerospace/defense is preferred.
• Familiarity with U.S. government contracting regulations (FAR/DFAR) is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business plans and strategies for the Inertial Systems portfolio.
• Lead pursuit, proposals, and negotiations with customers and stakeholders.
• Manage program execution, budgets, schedules, and technical objectives to meet contractual requirements.
• Coordinate with engineering, BD, and other PMs to align product line capabilities.
• Oversee cost control, risk management, and cadence briefings to leadership.
