Qualifications

• You must have typically a university degree and minimum 8 years of prior relevant experience or an advanced degree with minimum 5 years of experience.
• Qualifications prefer cross-functional coordination across Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Contracts, Quality and Finance across onsite, hybrid and remote environments.
• Experience in external customer support/interface and proven project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead IPTs (Integrated Program Teams) and manage proposal activity.
• Plan schedules and arrange activities to accomplish objectives with minimal instruction.
• Report program status to program manager and senior management.
• Manage financials and CAM responsibilities and communicate customer requirements.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to meet tight timelines.
