Job summary

Westwood Professional Services, Inc. is seeking a Program Management Intern to join a firm-wide team overseeing project controls, scheduling, and delivery across Land, Renewables, Public Infrastructure, and Power markets.

You will learn to apply schedule development, budget tracking, and status reporting under experienced managers, gaining hands-on experience with tools to monitor project health and communicate progress to clients and leadership.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Architecture, Construction Management, Business Administration, Engineering Management, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication with clients and team members.
• Willingness to learn in a cross-disciplinary environment and support project coordination.
• May attend client meetings or site visits to support scheduling and reporting.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist project managers in developing and maintaining project schedules across multiple disciplines.
• Support budget tracking and invoicing activities, monitoring hours and expenses.
• Prepare regular project status reports and dashboards for internal and client review.
• Coordinate with managers across Land, Renewables, Public Infrastructure, and Power for consistent reporting.
• Assist in developing resource and staffing plans to support scheduling and workload forecasting.
• Support client communications and meeting logistics, including minutes and action items.
• Assist in basic design tasks and produce architectural documents as needed.
