Job summary

GMRE is seeking a seasoned Financial Analyst to support USAF program offices at Hill AFB. The role integrates PPBE data with program management to track performance, analyze contractor costs, and maintain financial accountability.

The candidate will perform Earned Value analysis, prepare budget reports, coordinate with stakeholders, and brief leadership on methodologies and risks while ensuring compliance with safety and security policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's in accounting or related field.
• 8–10 years DoD/USAF financial management and cost analysis experience.
• Experience with DoD weapon systems and acquisition lifecycle.
• Ability to balance multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong teamwork and customer relations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain financial data integrity in USAF systems and prepare executive briefings.
• Review CPR/IPMR, calculate Earned Value metrics (CPI, SPI, TCPI, EAC/ETC).
• Generate PRs, track COE against benchmarks, reconcile variances.
• Coordinate with external stakeholders for budget alignment.
• Brief leadership on test plan methodology and risks.
• Prepare budget reports on allowances and expenditures.
• Develop assessments and present findings to stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and procedures.
• Adhere to safety, security, and compliance policies.
