Qualifications

• Experience with DoD PPBE processes and financial systems.
• Proven ability to develop budgets, cost estimates, and program financial plans.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor funds and budget execution across fiscal years.
• Develop POM inputs and financial plans for future years.
• Prepare budget modification requests and forecast funding needs.
• Build multi-appropriation spend plans using CCaR and DEAMS.
• Provide financial analyses and reporting for program offices.
