Job summary

GMRE is seeking an experienced Program Manager to support the management of multiple Research Development Test & Evaluation projects for fighter aircraft. The role covers planning, provisioning, analysis, and reporting across acquisition programs within a DoD context.

Qualifications

Experience in project management for Advanced Fighter aircraft in flight test, and DoD flight test programs for cost, schedule, performance, and risk management.
Ability to analyze and develop project baselines, Statements of Capability, Flying Hour Program, test schedules, and briefings for planning, provisioning, and flight test requirements.

Responsibilities

Coordinate tasks across engineering, program control, configuration management, test, manufacturing, and quality assurance.
Develop, analyze, and report acquisition strategy methodologies and mitigation plans.
Schedule and coordinate participation to establish bases for acquisition programs through validation, engineering, production, and deployment phases.
Prioritize and analyze complex tasks with potentially unclear directions and limited data.
Assess risks and conduct what-if analyses with SME consultations to determine best actions.
Guide and oversee work in a multi-customer environment with time constraints and security implications for US and allied nations.
