Job summary

Quantech Services Inc. is seeking an experienced Program Manager at Hanscom AFB, MA to lead DoD acquisition efforts within the C3I/N Directorate.

The role requires deep knowledge of system acquisition, DoDI 5000.2, and the ability to coordinate with Government and industry partners. Responsibilities include assessing baselines, developing strategies for development, production and deployment of weapons systems, and preparing RFPs and acquisition documentation.

Qualifications

• TSSCI clearance required.
• BA/BS with 10+ years of relevant discipline experience, 3+ in DoD.
• Experience with SharePoint and Microsoft Office; strong communication; military experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee acquisition planning and program management per DoDI 5000.2.
• Assess schedule and cost baselines; propose alternatives.
• Develop strategies for development, production, and deployment of weapons systems.
• Plan meetings with program offices, stakeholders, and industry to address capability gaps.

Quantech Immediate Opening – Program Manager

Location: C3I&N Directorate, Hanscom AFB, MA

Key Responsibilities:

• Comprehensive knowledge of systems acquisition and program management principles, policies, and practices (DoDI 5000.2), including understanding DoD and Air Force roles to provide strategic and tactical program planning (short-, mid-, and long-term).
• Assist the program manager in assessing schedule and cost baselines, recommending solutions, and pursuing alternate courses of action.
• Plan, research, analyze, and assess system acquisition for development, production, and deployment of weapons systems and associated equipment; develop strategies to meet cost, schedule, and performance objectives.
• Plan, schedule, and facilitate meetings with program office teams, stakeholders, and industry to understand program requirements and emerging commercial technologies addressing warfighter capability gaps.
• Formulate, recommend, and draft acquisition strategies and associated statutory/regulatory acquisition documentation in a timely manner.
• Support all Acquisition Strategy reviews, develop supporting documentation, and assist the Government in drafting and reviewing Request for Proposal (RFP) documents.
• Support program management reviews, senior‑level meetings/reviews, and IMP/IMS reviews; develop briefings and schedules for program status and acquisition tasks to senior management.
• Analyze program operations and implement approved process improvement initiatives.

Job Requirements

TSSCI Clearance required. Possess the ability to work independently and apply the proper procedures and processes related to their assigned tasks. Possess strong communication skills and utilize those skills to build relationships with supported customers. Experience with SharePoint to include managing, uploading and editing program data and files. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. BA/BS and 10 Years of experience in the respective discipline being performed, of which 3 must be in DoD We hire Military!
