Job summary

LA28 is seeking a Project Management Associate to join the Program Management team. This role supports planning and execution of the LA28 Olympic and Paralympic Games within the central Planning & Programs department, ensuring portfolio milestones, risks, and status are tracked across a portfolio of work.

The Associate will work with portfolio leads, program integrators, and project managers, gaining hands-on experience in large-scale event planning and cross-functional coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 3+ years experience in project coordination or project management, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to analyze data and prepare clear reports for senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Track KPIs and monitor progress with master schedules and risk logs.
• Develop actionable reports for senior leadership and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align timelines and priorities.
• Foster strong project management collaboration and status tracking across teams.
• Identify process improvements to increase portfolio visibility and efficiency.
• Support governance meetings and planning forums with documentation.
